So, I am the leasing agent at the apt complex, the boss lady told myself and the asst. manager we were to have a contest.. she wanted us each to decorate an empty apt, make it warm and friendly and inviting. Our budget? $40.00

When I look at an apartment, "party-ready" is so not the look I'm going for. Gift bags in closets? Party balloons? Some people are so weird. :P
