[Doesn't bother to respond to the message - he knows she will come. The bandages she applied the other day are needing to be changed once more, who knows about the ones hidden by clothing. But he still doesn't seem concerned by it, or even acknowledging of it. He's looks tired and a bit dirty, considering he has not slept. He has not bathed. He has not stopped walking, really, until he found this park.

[After getting clothes from poor Lithuania, and then running to get clothes more suited for her (because to show up in such poor clothes for brother is icky), and she has a nice medical kit this time because she remembers these things SO VERY WELL.
