Sooo...I definitely see Rush's story gaining momentum, which is awesome. I also find it awesome Chloe not only made it into this episode, but her scenes were smacked up against Rush's like some sort of sexy editing was going on. lmfao I know. I have a dirty mind when I think it's kinky that their scenes are back-to-back. But yeah. I squeed during the last two scenes!
I'm too tired to type up all of my thoughts right now. Rush has been secretive and kind of reverted back to early S1!Rush which I'm not sure is a good thing. I hope he starts confiding in the others. :(
The lack of Chloe is annoying me, but next week looks good for us! :) Did you guys see the trailer!?
I think its because of the nightmares (traumatic experience equals regression to self preservation mode) and because he can see that Young is unravelling and Young... doesn't exactly have a good track record for treating Rush well.
Lack of Chloe is annoying me too a bit (mainly cos I want to come up with Crush theories) but did you notice the editing at the end.
I did not see the trailer. Might go see if its made its way to YouTube yet. :D
Wow, you're right. Thanks. I didn't think of it that way *shame* but I should have. Yeah, Young's pissing me off. I mean, I knew he wasn't a favorite, but it's difficult not knowing what way he's going to push Rush next, I guess. :/ I wish they'd find a happy medium or something, geez. I'm so sick of Rush getting punched, btw. (It's gonna happen again when Young finds out about the bridge, saw it in a trailer, goddammit
( ... )
Yeah I saw that Young was gonna punch Rush. Because Young is a dick. Or at least has sod all idea about how to treat people not under his command or not scared to shout right back at him and contradict him (think of how he talks to Camille as well and to Telfer). And Rush, I'm guessing Rush didn't have the best of childhood's but that might be me being biased against what we know of his background. But he was raised in Maryhill, in a working class docklands neighbourhood, in the 1960s. That's a rough neighbourhood now let alone then. Putting himself through uni working two jobs. .... OK now his background is starting to seem like a younger version of my Dad. That's not good. That makes me feel hinky

They did it again. I was getting all "well how am I meant to come up with Crush theories if she's barely in the ep and they're no where near each other" grumpy and then it cut from her sitting on her bed to him sitting in his shiny chair in the emotional montage at the end. Lol.
Editing is awesome. It can mean very little "these two characters both need to be seen so we'll put them together cos that's what fits in best" or "we're trying to tell you they're like connected". Lol.
Ghost!Wife may be forcing Rush to get the therapy he actually probably needs to become less paranoid and more... honest, aware, something like that. This can only be good. It's hard to have healthy relationships if you're totally messed up.
Yeah. I think the whole point of ghostly Gloria is to get him to sort through his shiz. But I think it's good. I really feel like something is building with his story and I bet we're gonna find out what next week.
This was a pretty good episode even if they did get rid of Telford =[
Seriously, the lack of Crush interaction is infuriating but I like that this is the 2nd week (perhaps more, I forgot...) where the ending montage has them back to back. The editors like us if the writers don't.
I can't wait for next week because a lot of Chloe and Robert Carlyle is directing! So excited!
I was disappointed, personally. Telford. :( I'm still holding on to random hope that he'll guest star again, because I was starting to hold a torch for the not-a-jerk anymore guy. :(
Lack of Crush seems to have us all gasping for it, while I skim through comments, haha. They like to tease us with the montages, but hell, I'll take that over nothing! *nods*
