Day 6

I cannot believe that I have lasted this long. I am not hungry but I miss Chocolate. I have to eat it on V-day or else I am going to freak. I am losing my big gut but I need more exercise. I may lose 5 - 10 lbs by the time I finish this cycle. I have 17th days for this cycle. I hope to eat well tonight.

When did you start dieting? (And when did you gain weight?)

I got fat over time. I will not be fat after this year. I just started this diet 8 days ago so I could get back in shape by Spring. I should lose most of the weight by Fall.
