sorry,but you split in half is wrong.
The half of icon must be without pictures and the other half must be with split(it's have to be sliced)

Hmmm, to zależy jakiego koloru jest tło i textura. Jeżeli czarne tło i jasna textura to ja używam lighten/jaśniej albo screen/mnożenie odwrotności (mam tylko angielską wersję xd). Jeśli masz jednak jasne tło i ciemną texturę to używam darken/ciemniej albo multiply/mnożenie. Mam nadzieję że trochę to rozjaśniło sytuację. Jeżeli jeszcze miałabyś jakieś pytania, wal śmiało na PM ;D
