The whole "A Wrinkle In Time" series, "The Dark is Rising" series, "The Chronicles of Narnia", and if she likes horses, any of the Margeruite Henry books. For starts.

Anne of Green Gables? It's amazing! Also Enola Holmes series. Skulduggery Pleasant (best find of the year), Percy Jackson.

Yeah, that's what I use. Lola (my 10 yr old) is getting a tablet for Christmas, so I'm downloading as many ebooks as I can for her.
