The whole thing looks doable for someone who isn't a fat cow! Ugh, seriously, I have gained so much weight, I'll be lucky to do 1 sit up!

You're very welcome! I plan on starting at the beginning of December myself. I start the half marathon training program on November 30th, so it'll fit right in. I've gained a lot of weight recently, so I need a good challenge.
