Yeah, the boy in 2 is Tim. Jason didn't get to talk to him at all because the party was later crashed by a supervillain, in fine Gotham tradition, who kidnapped the socialite Batman was investigating - some people just don't know how to choose their business associates.
Jason needs to tell himself that he doesn't care, because otherwise he'd break (end of Under the Hood anyone?) but he really, really does. It's only made worse here because it's the grave of someone's parents, and I think Jason's fundamental decency would get him to be furious whether or not it was the grave of Bruce's parents. I expect that he did some detective work later to find the assholes who did that and made them pay for it in blood.
Yay, Tim! It would have been adorable if they had met. Robins are so cute when they're young and relatively trauma free.
And that does fit in with Jason's sense of morality- it's not so much that he doesn't care at all, just that the way he shows it is open to interpretation.
3 and 4 and 3? ;) Thank you for letting me know you liked, finding good things Jason did that didn't, for the most part, hitting people really hard was fun.
Never let it be said I don't go for the cheap drama. I like to think that Jason doesn't get why Alred would think he's failed Bruce's parents, but he won't ever tell Bruce anyway because he knows that'd just hurt him.
Awww, these were lovely. Heeey, if they were for me, why wasn't I told about them? XD Thanks~ *goes to and work on the buncha five things people gave her* @_@
*sneaks off with Jason and that little boy from the party that must be Tim to smush them together cutely, whistles innocently*

Loved 2 because I keep thinking the little boy's Tim. Or am I being a little dense and it really is meant to be Tim? It's Tim, isn't it?
Also, 4. Because I love the fact that Jason doesn't care, but does.

I knew you were going to do that. Well, the rest is Bruce/Jason-parading-as-gen.

^-^;; As long as it's parading as gen, I won't notice it as much. >>;;
