Wow, beautiful, you had me at the first line, with M'gann being shocked at what physical looks could actually say about a person's health/fragility/physical state. I loved those bits of 'culture shock' that you inserted, it was wonderful and realistic ♥ And I love how much Artemis said with what she didn't say. It was so her.

Artemis wants to be understood, but she doesn't want to open up for fear of being hurt. I find that relatable. :) And M'gann's interest for Earth culture makes me want to see more exploration of Martian culture, though hopefully we'll get that when/if they reveal her to be a white Martian.

I definitely get that from her. I think she craves intimacy- with the team, for example- but is terrified of it and doesn't know how to handle it. Ugh, I love Artemis so, so much.

Yeah, I'm excited about getting to see some M'gann development episodes. I think the show has been doing a pretty good job of handling different aspects of the characters, so it should be pretty good :)
