WHY MUST I HAVE A HAIRCUT!!! its not like my hair did anything to the UST eng'g dep. and I don't get what a haircut has to do with my school work >__> it not like my hair blocks my vision nor does it kill random people at will(I would love it if it did). Schools are weird.

He's required by school rules to be bound to only one particular haircut. 8D Thankfully, I'm in fine arts, so I don't have to cut my hair anymore like when runeliu and I were in high school!!! HAHAH! 8D
