Oops! I'm using WordPerfect 12, in Microsoft Word mode (because otherwise I can't send a document to, well, almost anyone).

I don't have WP, but I wonder if you might look under Options and see if there is a setting there for the keystrokes for a page break.

Er, not really an 'options' that I'm finding. (File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, Table, Tools, Window, Help) Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Nothing under Format that seems to relate to it . . . Looking up keystrokes in Help, it just talks about macros, but I don't have any macros set. At this point, I'll probably just copy into WordPad and deal with the pain of reformatting; I really would like to know what's causing it, but at least the text is still there, so I can salvage the document.

I can see where you'd be frustrated. Stuff like that drives me crazy! I hope you get the issue sorted out soon.
