Questions about buying things from other countries

So I've always wanted to get cool things from other countries *cough*japan*cough*, but then all the good stuff only seems available for purchase through sites like amazon or other websites that either way are all in that country's language. Are you able to purchase them, and how? Do you just add them to your purchases and then pay as you normally

There are some sites like J-box that are in English and ship Japanese goods to the states and europe. It's just a matter of looking around really.

Thanks! I'll check that one out first then. I wasn't sure whether there were sites like the one you mentioned or if there was some way of buying them from the Japanese Amazon.com or what. ^^; (I fail at finding things online in general. orz I'm slowly getting better though. >w<;)

There probably would be a way to buy through amazon JP, but it would be complicated and expensive.
