I've been doing ok. Kinda sucking a lot on the running front. I keep finding things that I need to do more, and that is bad, bad, BAD to do when only a week out from my half marathon

Hehe, I have the same mindset as you...I will run a shorter distance than I should be doing, but then think, "oh it's okay, I know I could go further" or "I could do that again". Teehee! We'll be fine. Can't wait to hear how your half goes!!
