That's an awkward situation for Allyson to be in. I'm kind of worried about her, with all the doubts... do things get better for her?

Oh, things do work out for her eventually. I still have to write about the meetings with the rest of Jamie's family (she has met his mother, who is American and went through a similar situation), and then the resolution where Allyson...well, makes a big decision.
