Thank you! I'm glad you seemed to like both pockies.

It's scary how she seems to love Helene but fear her at the same time when they're supposed to trust each other.

Vera and Helene have a lot of baggage just generally. But it would be hard for them to trust one other, what with how many times they've backstabbed each other, intentional or not.

These both have so much impact. The first one is almost sad in a way, creepy but still sad. The second... Vera's state of mine sounds really worrying. That's a really creepy metaphor for kissing, very vivid, but quite scary. Great job on both.

Ooh, I adore the description in both of these. The symbolism in the first is understated and fantastic, and the second...Helene, you creep me out forever the end. You're really good at the showing aspect of storytelling.
