hey, I think you did pretty good with the posing and the guns (I hate drawing guns) The one thing I think would help a LOT would be to darken and up the contrast on the whole thing. I'm assuming this was pencil? Sometimes when you scan pencil drawings they can get a bit washed out. Also, I really like the way you arranged the frames and used different sizes and frames in frames - it's a nice effect.

I found a picture of a gun for the first panel and the second one I don't know how I did. The only thing I know about comics is that you can do cool layouts. I've learned that in the many years of comic reading ;)

I'm hopeless at layouts. I usually just string a bunch of frames in a row.

(the contrast did help)

the angle in the second panel turned out pretty cool! I get that he's above her. I also noticed you drew everyone's fingers, which I don't even do a lot of the time ;) The hand on the gun looks great!

anyway, I agree with Shayna that the flow of the layout is good. And the dead dude kind of amuses me, because I'm morbid like that. AND HE LOOKS PRETTY DARN DEAD.

Much better than stick figures!

The angle in the second panel was my valiant attempt to copy the exact same panel from a comic (and giving Mara better hair). I'm not sure how to not draw fingers. It always makes me think of Rob Liefeld, a guy who draws for a living who'd at times draw six fingers on people's hands and other horrible, horrible things.

Good work on this. It flows really well, like a comic should do, and makes sense to look at. Bad guy is most definately the losing party. This has a kind of Kill Bill feel to it almost :)

never seen Kill Bill to be honest. Mara is fun and was the only option for this comic.

You can draw better than I can. I really like the way you arranged the frames and positioned everything. Really well done. The action isn't bad for someone who claims they can't draw - good movement and flow, I think.

I was using comic books as reference for just about every panel which was really hard because I had to look for so much reference and don't have too many comics around.

Wow! This is great! I love the parting thoughts of the character.

Mara is that way. Very fatalistic.
