Well... I don't condone murder generally but wow is Bradley Spitzer a disgusting jackass. Is he this bad in canon?

I liked that it was from his point of view and I liked all of the bits of atmosphere you dropped in, with the sterile surroundings and Aaron's delightfully creepy way of talking to him. I love the line "And because you made my sister cry," even though I am now forever scared of Aaron. XD Well, this Aaron anyway...

Unfortunately, yes he is. There's a reason Ivy refers to him as her biohazard.

Aaron is pretty damn terrifying, I have to admit. Even when he's his nice sweet canon self, you do not want to fuck with somebody he loves because all of a sudden he will become TERRIFYING.

...I did not imagine Brad was QUITE this terrible when you posted Family. What a slimeball. I do feel the tiniest bit bad for him, though, because I imagine Aaron made it hurt unspeakably terribly before finishing him off. Eurgh. So unsettling. :P

He's a user, and a bad dude, and while he doesn't deserve this, no one really does. Sociopath!Aaron is very, very good at making it hurt.
