Summary: This is a video version of Jasmine attacking an assassin with an unlikely projectile...on a large scale and with more comedy. (complete with script)
Notes: So. This is Marina’s fault. I don’t know what sort of crack this is, but it stars Beanie Babies and one mega large book. I love it. Also, for the Back-to-School Challenge.

JASMINE: *hums as she hurries down nondescript halls*
NARRATOR: This is Jasmine. She’s late. She’s supposed to already be at her lessons. Luckily for her, Virginia, Duke Elladan’s daughter, is usually late too, so she probably won’t get more than a verbal slap on the wrist.
JASMINE: *bursts into a room and stops to stare around*
NARRATOR: She enters the main hall. Picture high vaulted ceilings, wide, stained-glass windows, open spaces only obstructed by occasional benches at this end. Today, the sun streaks through the windows, spreading colorful shadows around the room, into every corner. The room is very light, almost blindingly so.
ELLADAN: We need to rebuild the barn at the west end of the field...
JASMINE: *looks over at him*
NARRATOR: Duke Elladan knows she’s late, and if he could, he would make a face at her and gesture for her to catch up and get going. She stays for a moment anyway, enjoying the bright light.
ASSASSIN: *looks about menacingly with a knife*
JASMINE: *spots him and stares*
NARRATOR: There is something about the man that puts Jasmine on edge.
ASSASSIN: *raises knife*
NARRATOR: The assassin aims at Duke Elladan. Jasmine’s breath catches and she panics for a moment. Then...
JASMINE: Sir! *throws her big book at the assassin*
ASSASSIN: *gets hit and drops knife*
GUARDS: *swarm assassin*
ELLADAN: Thank you, Jasmine. *gives her back her book*
JASMINE: *shakes* You’re welcome, sir. *pause* Why would...?
ELLADAN: I don’t know, but I mean to find out. *looks after assassin* This will not be appropriate for one your age, Jasmine. Off to class with you. *leaves*
JASMINE: *stares after him, holding her book, still shaking*
