Tobias is hilarious in his dealings with the Cheap-Ass Bed, and doesn't seem to have made things much better, haha. I adored the banter between him and Marlie.

Ahahahahaha I love Tobias. I love his voice, I love the way he thinks, I love everything about him. He's totally awesome. I am also, by extension, extremely fond of Marlie and the way she thinks and talks and messes with Tobias. Awesome.

First time reading anything of yours (new here), and I have to say this Tobias van Allen character is a pleasure to read, and the dynamics between him and Marlie are so very sweet. The rich man/poor girl romance is always a fascinating one to read! And a strangely poignant touch about making sure that the lovely Marlie will be hungry no more.

In other words, awesome. :)
