The resemblance to Oriana isn't exactly a coincidence. B| As for Janan and Asma's relationship - when she was little they were basically her parents, because lolqueenmama, so Janan and Asma are much closer than Asma and her actual mother. ... Then she grew up and attempted to steal Haytham and blew the whole parental thing all to hell, so.

The Rocmother and Asma... they're less easy to describe. Asma can't change, so the Rocmother kind of thinks of her as human, and since humans pretty much shot everything that she had to hell she doesn't treat Asma as her daughter so much as. I don't know. The ugly stepdaughter. When she was little it was better but when she grew up it started getting worse and worse until the Rocmother pretty much thought of her as an invader.

Oh, man, I was reading along, and I was so sniffly, about Asma's apparent insanity or at least mild crazy at the beginning, and all the crazy, and how she and Haytham were betraying this nice lady so much and then I hit THAT LINE and then I went WHAT and I demand explanations. I DEMAND THEM. LIKE A DEMANDY THING.

Seriously, these are excellent. BUT EXPLAIN THIS.
