“An army of these things, you say?” The heap of bones and sagging flesh looked ill-suited to take down more than a rabbit, but a swarm of the things was something he did not wish to see.
“An army? No, My Lord. An endless supply.” The hand wrapped around the demon’s neck gave a sharp twist and the empty skull toppled to the floor. The necromancer laid his hands over the sigil. The head snapped back into place and the creature stood once more.
“The price for such a thing?”
“You will breathe a word of it to no one.”
