First off, I want to apologize for the delay. Between a family member dying, my car dying, starting a new job, and trying to buy a new car I sort of felt like I was losing my mind there for awhile. But, I have a nice little car and things are looking sort of ok. *thumbs up*

I can't say the same thing about this novel.

That... that's not an ending... this is a series, isn't it? ;_; And If not, eh... I'm not sure whether to be annoyed or relieved, really. On the one hand, that's the crappiest, laziest cut I've ever seen short of a movie that ran out of its budget towards the end. On the other hand, no more of this bullcrap!

Oh nymphking and Co, all is forgiven! At least you had the excuse that you weren't human and therefore probably had a different set of morals!

A good rule of thumb for a series such as this is...each novel should at least be able to stand on its own (ish) and add to the over all plot. XD This failed on the second part. It's just useless drivel to set Logan up with a woman because romance?

I miss Valerian at times like this. I'm sure he'd make things ten times worse with his idiocy, but he at least isn't a human. XD I can forgive him being a fecking moron on the grounds that his brain is filled with cotton.

I just had a look at Amazon to see what the reviews were. Sooo many positive ones. I weep ;_;. But there was one comment that was worse. "I heard people said this book was better than the first one in the series."
