Oh dude, I used to love when they ran that super-squirty water thinger in my ears. I felt so much better afterwards :)

I went through that several years ago when I woke up one morning and couldn't stand up because my ears were clogged. It took them a long time to flush my ears out, but it was so great to have it done, what a relief!
