AN: this is the first Supernatural fanfiction that I've ever finished (I've started about four or five in the past week or so) but I'm still pretty new to the fandom technically. :P  I hope that you enjoy!  ^_^;

Really liked the not-terribly-grateful civilian--totally believable reaction--and the tinsel in Sam's hair. Would love to read how Dean recovers :)

Your first posted fic? Well, keep going!

But, Dean needs a hospital -- rat poison these days is usually Dow Chemical warfarin -- people take it as Coumadin in tiny doses as a blood thinner. He'll bleed out internally or stroke out. This is something Sam CANNOT handle.

Formerly, they used heavy metals (not the music) or regular poisonous compounds. Depending on how old the ghost was, he may need treatment for those.

Dean needs a hospital right now, not Sammy-cuddling!

But, you can WRITE good stuff, gal, and don't be discouraged. Give us MORE! An EXCELLENT debut!

yeah, i never managed to fit it in because i wanted to keep the story short. i realize rat poison is serious but dean wasn't actually poisoned it was just the ghost putting the effect on him but it was stopped before she could complete it and therefore Dean is basically just waiting for the after affects to wear off. basically it'll wear off by morning and its just a phantom illness...
