A/N: This the first chapter i wrote on this story! ^^ I just added the rest here and there, one chapter at a time, made my friends crazy...Warukatta ne...peace!
Suki da yo(I love you)
It was a nice day at the amusement park. The sun was shining brightly against the blue sky.
“Nee, it’s really hot today isn’t it?” Rin said to him.
“Sou da ne, why don’t we try that ride next?” Nino said pointing to the roller coaster which just splashed right in the water as it dived with the passengers screaming with delight.
“Woah! That does look fun and refreshing! Iku! Iku!(let's go)” she said enthusiastically dragging him through the crowd. He pulled his cap closer to his eyes to avoid being recognized.
He remembered what got him in this situation in the first place.
Rin and Jin was supposed to be together on this occasion to celebrate Dita’s birthday but Jin suddenly got an offer for a magazine shoot and Dita’s family gave her a surprised visit so she asked him to accompany Rin instead.
“Eh?! The line is rather long isn’t it?” she gasped as they arrived by the ticket booth where a bunch of other people is waiting.
“Ii no?(is it ok) It’s pretty hot here, you might have fainting spells again.” He turned to her with a worried look.
“Heki…heki…(fine)” she answered smiling, “I have my trusted orange juice right here.” She said patting her knapsack. He smiled back.
After a while, it was finally their turn to ride. They wore protective plastic cover to prevent their clothes form getting wet. They sat side by side and the ride began going up, down and around, then into a tunnel.
“Well, it’s now or never.” He thought.
He took her hand as their surrounding got darker, she gripped it back thankful for the comfort before it became bright again and they got out of the tunnel going for a fast descent towards the water. He gathered his courage along with it.
“RIN- CHAN, DAISUKI!!!!(I LOVE YOU)” he shouted as they swooped down.
She was surprised both by what he just said and at the sudden splash of water.
Everyone shouted with glee as water splashed refreshingly everywhere.
The ride slowed down as they approached the starting point.
She looked at their hands clutched together as the ride turned to stop. He quickly looked away when she shifted her gaze to him but he didn’t let go of her hand then he stood up as the seat belt was released and helped her up. He only let go when they had to remove the protective covers.
“Ano,..” she started to say. He still hadn’t said anything but has held her hand again when they passed through the waiting crowd outside.
“Did you mean that?” she finally managed to say. “what you shouted back then, I mean.” She continued as he led the way through.
He stopped in his tracks and turned to face her holding both of her hands now.
“Hontou da yo. Suki da. (it's true, I love you)” He said softly after. She didn’t say anything trying to digest what he just said. Then she stood on tiptoe and kissed his right cheek, his eyes was wide with surprise.
“Arigatou.” She said as she smiled at him.
