retroactive auto-remuneration

We hit Sizzlers for dinner and were not poisoned, and were not poisoned most deliciously. Two-for-one until Thursday on the salad bar meals, folks.

Accidental happiness is grabbing random albums from the shelf for night-time round trip to jelashke's house and finding an MP3 CD of favourite driving tracks left inside one.

Yawn.

Personally, I won't be eating there ever again under any circumstances, even if it means I turn down the occasional outing. Any company which plays ethics as blatantly as Sizzler's owner did - and in doing so dices with the health of it's customers - doesn't get my business. I can't be convinced they weren't trying to cover it up as long as they could.

I'm sorry, but a month delay between finding suspected rat poison in one's food preparation areas and actually notifying Queensland Health and the police is downright negligent, delays due to "offshore analysis" notwithstanding. They might not get much of a slap on the wrist from the authorities for it, but that doesn't stop me as a consumer voting with my feet.
