Sounds like either the hair o' the dog, or else mix it into some avocadoes and some pico de gallo and some cumin seed, and make guacamole.

Just a splash to "loosen" it a bit and make it easier to scoop with chips. Also, it's a way to start using the tequila collection before we move. We have fourteen litres of tequila, since every time we go down to TJ we have to have a tequila tasting.
