Okay, in everyone else's entries, they're somehow able to make little links to certain portions of their posts. And there's always a little link and such to get into it. 
How the heck do you do that?!

I'm assuming you mean the LJ Cut? It's pretty easy. Just take the text that you want to put behind these tags.
