Ooh, nice and chilling. I love the Doctor's unfettered mood and how he just goes through the motions like he's waiting for, or rather expects, all of Time and the Universe to part before his feet.
Also, cold, careless way he mentions Steven. And Jack, suspicious for good reason, still going with him but would he be able to watch the Doctor fall when he could try to save him, I wonder.

Because I'm wondering if this Doctor really couldn't be bothered to remember, or if he wanted Jack to say it. Also loved this:
