Hey! Welcome out of lurkerdom!

And I'm not sure. I wasn't thinking about it when I wrote it and I want to say "no". In the Does He Make You Laugh story, it was about how Martha was settling with something less than she wanted in order to be happy. This story is more about Martha being with someone she truly is happy about. I think that the Martha/Tom relationship could really go either way because we know so little about it.

I also think that if the Doctor believed Martha wasn't happy, he wouldn't be as accepting as he is here.
