The people in Avraham’s time didn’t doubt that G-d created the world: Noah was still alive at that time, Noah who had known Adam!
They “only” doubted that he still cared about it.
That’s why the midrash says “a man was going from place to place, when he saw a marvellous palace all illuminated”. All illuminated, because the world hasn’t ( Read more... )
