That PJ Harvey album is amazing. I wish I were just now hearing it for the first time.

It really is - what else of her's do you rec? I can't believe I haven't discovered her until now - I am so uncool!

I only have one other album of hers- To Bring You My Love- and it's very good, if a little rougher-sounding than Stories From The City. Which is really my favorite, so I can't recommend another of hers any higher, but I've downloaded a lot of random songs of hers that I like.
