k, so to start off after you've cropped ans sharpened your base and everything:
-Duplicate your base and set it to screen
-Then create a new hue/saturation layer and put the saturation up to 38
-
 Put that layer over your base and set it to burn at 57%
-
This layer on soft light at 87% 
-Now create a new colour balance layer:
midtones: 24, -14, 20
shadows: -17,21,11
highlights:6,-14,18
(make sure preserve luminance is checked)
-
Take this layer and set it to soft light at 20%
And you're done!
