Arrow ... season finale ... Wow! (spoiler free)

Arrow started out being mildly interesting, aside from Steven Amell's hot self, but I kept watching because there really wasn't much else on. As the first season progressed, it just kept getting stronger. When Diggle and Felicity joined the "team", I really got interested. The love story was kind of meh, but the action and the plots just amped up ( Read more... )

It's really good. I keep hoping somebody in the cast will be at Fan Expo. John Barrowman was there last year.

From the moment in ep1 where he sets the signal fire ablaze with a well aimed arrow I was hooked and like you say it's got better and better as it's progressed. I too loved it when Diggle and Felicity joined Oliver, just adds more storylines which can only be good.

One event in the finale wasn't something I wanted to happen *sniffs*

Will be watching the next season for sure :)

Yes, ((sniff))). I wonder how that will play out next season? So many questions and possible ways for the story to go. And we still don't know exactly what happened on the island.

Hee! This is fun, commenting in code. I hope we're tearing up over the same 'event' LOL.

Nope we don't and it will be interesting to see how that plays out for sure.

Gotta love those delayed detonation arrows *smirks*

Okay, I have to ask, because it's going to determine whether I watch the rest of the season: does Tommy become a villain? B/c I realize, canonically, that Merlyn is a villain, but I'm decently sure Malcolm is the canonical Merlyn, and Tommy's canon in the comics, from as much as I know isn't terribly clear. But the last ep I watched triggered a lot of partner-betrayal shit in me, and if that's where this is going, as much as I want to, I can't do it.

I almost gave up on Arrow before Felicity showed up! Just when it begins to fall into a Oh, I've seen this before vibe, something happens and I get all shaken up again and HAVE TO watch! I hope second season keeps us all hooked!
