Clint Barton is Hawkeye, Phil Coulson is a SHIELD AiC. I don't know if you've seen Iron Man or Thor, but he was the one in Thor who was watching Hawkeye. He's a good guy. Mild mannered, but tougher than he looks. And more sympathetic than you might expect.

When Thor was trying to get to his hammer. It was raining and they showed Hawkeye up in a crane with his bow. He was aiming and waiting for Coulson to give the order to shoot, and said something like "Make up your mind because I'm beginning to like this guy." Coulson tells him to stand down after Thor realizes he can't pull the hammer from the earth. You see a shot of Jeremy Renner and his bow. I'll cap it later this week.
