Just finished a book I'm crazy about, so I ordered four more in the series; The Dresden Files, by Jim Butcher.
Dude is a Wizard and a detective in present time Chicago. He has a Vampire half brother and he blows stuff up! What more could I ask for in a book?!!
According to the cover he looks like Hugh Jackman, yummy!

I am not sure if it would be on dvd or not, but bbc had a series made from the books last year, they have such random scheduling at times that we kept loosing track of it, I always wondered if the books were as entertaining as the show!
