Oh my! That was impressive! [Winnie appears on the screen, clearly on the street, and though slightly bloodied, dress ripped, she's cheerful and uninjured.]

In my world it was found one could cure most diseases and illnesses, and greatly expand ones' lifespan, by absorbing souls. Only certain people can actually take the souls from others, and there's another group that can store the souls for transport, without absorbing them.

[She sighs] It started out simple enough. Criminals and those doomed to die anyhow. Then it moved on to the poor and the rift between Upper Class and Lower Class grew far too large.

I'm not sure how I feel about it all, really. I've never indulged.

[Mostly because she can't absorb souls, but you know.] I feel bad for the people who don't deserve it. Everyone's so obsessed with immortality, but that makes life rather...cheap, doesn't it? I rather like knowing I won't live forever.
