[Anyone so (un)lucky to have to pass through the fountain area of the city, specifically the street that leads to the library, is in for a nasty surprise. This is all according to design of course, and will at least provide entertainment to one person. [Lavi understands how boredom breeds creativity. He does. It gets him in trouble fairly often -- though as of yet, no one has actively tried to really kill him, just threats. So when he catches sight of Cale poking around in the street, well. He recognizes the scenario. He even recognizes the person, though this is the first time he's seen him in person rather than over the communicator.
