[Someone heard his name. And Lavi is indeed one of those speak of the devil types. Yup. So here's his grinning face.] Finally putting 'em to use, huh? Sounds good to me!

Hmm. We have all sorts of card games. Mostly based around either tricks or set values of certain hands. Most also involve gambling. Heh. You ah, you don't want to play Allen when there's gambling though.

[Alice looks up from her position on the living room couch. She'd been flipping through another picture book but heard the question about dinner.]

"No, nothing in particular, Laz! Would you?"

[Lazlo shakes his head--that nickname never fails to make him a little nostalgic. He wonders how Denmark is.]

Oh no. I just thought I'd ask. I don't want you to get sick of my seafood. [He laughs quietly.]

[Alice laughs] I won't. I really like seafood, and we don't have it at home so very much.

[Lazlo smiles at that, turning back to what he was doing cleaning fish.] I'm afraid it's most of what I know how to make. We eat plenty in my home.
