[[Theta is sitting in a shelter inside the station. The smell of tea comes wafting out. She looks up when the train comes in, and limps over. Since coming to Ruby City, she had part of her bad leg amputated, and now has a wooden leg from the thigh down on the left side. She walks without her cane, though she's a bit unsteady still. She tips her hat politely.]]

Good day, Miss. You have been kidnapped, but not in the way you think. Please, come sit down and I'll explain.

[Winnie tilts her head, surprised a little at seeing another person. Her eyes travel to the woman's legs, noticing the limp--but she doesn't comment on it. Yet.]

Oh, are you one of the kidnappers? [The tea smells good though, and she goes to sit obediently] Well, anyone with good tea can't possibly by that bad.

No, I'm one of the kidnapped. Everyone in this city is. You see, this place isn't connected to Earth at all, it's like a science fiction story~.

[[She pauses to let her take that much in. She also sets out a teacup, and her teapot waddles over and bows to Winnie, filling her teacup with the movement.]]

Oh! [She takes the tea with a quiet 'thank you.' It's only after she takes a sip of the tea that she looks to the teapot in delight, as if she just then noticed it.] Oh, how cute!

[She smiles, thoroughly charmed, and turns the dazzling smile to Theta] A science fiction, that's even more exciting!

But I can't say I'm sad, those kidnapping romance novels are quite cliched enough. If you read one, you've read them all! [There's another thoughtful sip of tea]
