It depends! The last thing they did was to change something about us and make us think we'd always been that way. For example, instead of being Conan-kun, I was Conan-chan. Other people had bigger changes -- one of my friends went from being ordinary to being able to fly. Other's had drastic personality changes.
They also made it so that we couldn't remember what happened very well.
