[The scene -- CHAOS.

At some point in tne scuffle, the watch is thrown against the wall and falls over. It's pretty much open now, which... captures the scene quite well.

There's several monsters in the room that are lunging at one (1) Alice, who's doing a pretty good job of kicking them out of the doors and windows thus far. She's not been attacked

My... My house!! STUPID RABBIT WHAT HAVE YOU DONE???

Seaweed head--?!

[She steps over the rubble and the trashed remains of the apartment before getting the watch. She then gives Gil a fierce growl.]

Don't look at me like that! It's not my fault the monsters got through the door!

[loyalraven]

[He's staring. THIS is the thanks he gets for going out to buy food for that damn rabbit to stuff herself with before she turns on them and eats him. Or Oz? He's flailing. He's out in the street. There are monsters around every corner and he's standing there flailing.] HOW DID YOU--

[Wait. And then his entire expression changes, anger falling away to be replaced by a plain and then quickly hidden sort of concern.] ...are you all right? You're not hurt? [Damnit. He shouldn't have left Oz or her side, even if it was for provisions.]

[A sigh. Alice was half-expecting to argue with him for the next hour or so, but the shift in expression surprises her. She mutters under her breath as she tries to get the broken glass off the floor.]

I'm okay, but the apartment isn't. The monsters around here got through the door -- it was either I get them out of here or we're out on the street.

[A strangled cry that she tries to silence -- guess who cut herself on the glass?]

Dammit...

[Action -- After Thread Above?]

[AFTER THE DESTRUCTION]

[This is a very confused and bewildered Oz sneaking up (more or less accidentally) on Alice. Has the cleaning started yet? Probably not]

Heey! Alice, um, what happened? [Where was he when this happend? who knows.]

[Action -- sure why not.]

Oz!

[She blinks, turning around to face him.]

Monsters happened. They wrecked the place, and I literally kicked them out.

[Action]

[He glances around the room, sort of staring in Awe. Really? Wow, Alice. He grins at the girl, obviously impressed. But well, wait.]

You're okay, right Alice?

[Action]

Yeah, yeah. I had no problems with them, though I kinda wanted more practice against them.

[She waves off the terror as if it were nothing -- now would be a good time to spot the bandaged finger.]
