[Scorponok had tuned in half-way though the video, and was about to tune back out when things got interesting.

He watchs with mild interest though the panic, then brightens his optic band at the slow, vanishig death.

He hardly knows anyone involved, there is only organics, and no one of interest, so he has only one question to ask that he cares about, then a few more because the reaction should be interesting.]

So, is this normal for you organics? Or are you just a freak? Because, if so, that makes sense, as you did seem to be fairly well involved with us Preds lasty time we were here, sense kindred spirits?

[Considering it's late into the night, Elraine's reaction is pretty late but it's a miracle that she's even answering at all. She hadn't been checking her watch for awhile, and finding Scorponok's message along with others is a bit of a shock.]

[As soon as the feed went serious, Conan was moving. Using what he recognised of the scenery around Elraine and the girl to pinpoint their location, he was on the way there even before the feed flickered back onto Elraine's reaction.

By the time he reaches their location, however, only the watch remains. Conan stares blankly at the empty street before slowly picking it up with the edge of his handkercheif, carefully placing it inside a bag. In a homicide, all evidence has to be carefully preserved, even when--

[It's hard to respond to that just because she's so unsure of everything now. If another Sister was here, maybe things wouldn't be so hard, but it's difficult to keep Tavros from worrying and think about his safety all at once.]

[The day has passed when Elle replays Christine's message over and over until she's ready to say something back. When her audio feed does turn on, her voice cracks and sounds strained.]

[There's a long, uncomfortable pause as Elle tries to control her voice.]

[John's always liked watching the network for the newcomers' posts, and he's only encouraged when he recognizes Elraine's voice.

His expression quickly reverts to fear, though, and by the end he's shouting desperately into the watch, not caring if the only feed he's getting now is a black screen.]

Oh my god, Elraine! Hey, c'mon, pick up -- are you guys okay? C'mon, Elraine, you've gotta be okay!

[Looking at her messages later, John's is a little unexpected. But considering how upbeat the boy always seemed, it's hard not to feel a little guilty besides all the grief.]
