The past week or so had just felt like a step back from any of the progress he'd been making as far settling in since arriving

Regardless- the way he took things in stride was... Well, she shouldn't have been all that surprised. It wasn't like he hadn't known there was a history between them. She had freely admitted to it. It was just... so strange and. Difficult to believe, really. There, Axel hadn't any recollection and now here was Roxas dreaming about her. She nodded just a little. Vaguely. Still ( ... )

The issue with knowing that she was keeping things from him, while trying was a choice he figured he would respect for now. It had been established that they'd been friends for far longer than he could remember. So if it was one thing he'd learned from his time spent at least partially merged with his Other was that sometimes, you just had to have faith in your friends. So if that was the case, if she just planned to reveal things to him as the days and dreams wore on, he'd be fine with that.
So he clamors to his feet, stretching after having spent a little while sitting as he had and found he couldn't help but to offer something of a grin at her comment.]
Well, you know, it'd been a little half-hearted before. [He takes a few steps and glances at the window that opens out onto street level.] But I think I like it here. I mean, I don't mean to ( ... )

She still didn't miss the slight unease though in the air. There were still so many things left unsaid. So much to cover, she knew. But how to come across it she couldn't really fathom at the moment. She really didn't... want to cause him pain. But she didn't want to lie to him, to hide things. When she thought about it... part of her told her with the way he reacted when he was in the city before- when he remembered her before outright. Listening to her approval brings a grin to his face, then extends it a little bit with her comment about the bed. For some reason, it was almost entirely amusing how she seemed to try and look out for him so much when there was so much about them that he didn't know.]
Yeah, the floor is pretty uncomfortable, even with a few blankets.
[He's not entirely hoboriffic. He bathes, the water runs in this place, the water heater works and all the utilities function... it's just really dusty because it hasn't been cleaned properly. He takes a ( ... )

It's still dusty as all hell, man. She sees those cobwebs in the corners and all.She watched as he looked around a moment, following his gaze. The house... really was pretty big. Kind of complimenting Sora's tastes subconsciously, she realized and it made her blink... and then look down a moment as something else hit her. As maybe... Maybe it was a gesture to something else. Maybe a quiet hope. Like maybe one day they could all live there. Or maybe she was just reading too into things. For the time being, she brushed off that thought, ( ... )

For the moment, she was taking a scan around the kitchen. It honestly was more varied than the one she was familiar to. More cupboard space, definitely. And a larger fridge. The counter space, too, was ridiculously generous. Xion examined it a little longer before noticing that Roxas had slid a bag her way. Opening it, she took up the spray cleaner- studying it only a moment.]
...Oh. This is the same thing Ila and I used. [When she had helped him clean up his apartment. That made things easier. She nodded to herself. And then Xion dug in the bag, handing out a sponge to Roxas and grabbing one for ( ... )
