[He was listlessly going through the feeds, catching up on what he'd missed while he tried to think of something, anything to get Kairi back and thus Sora out of the emo corner it was his corner, damn it when he paused. That voice... he knew it wasn't Kairi, because her heart was still within him.
Sorry Kairi, but another wave of guilt and sadness are coming your way as he's wracked by the emotions. He swallowed hard before clicking it to audio as well. Though, it takes him a few minutes to speak and even then his voice is drenched in sorrow.]

[The video appearing on her watch suddenly jolted her just slightly although he wouldn't see it. Because he just looked so worried and... Someone might be feeling a little bit on the guilty side. No, definitely feeling it.]
Maciel... Yeah, I'm. I'm alright. -What about you and the others? [Subject change, go! Really though, she was a little more than uneasy without seeing the dragonlings themselves to confirm they were okay for certain.]
[Video forever on this end~! 8D]watching_sevenMarch 13 2011, 17:31:39 UTC
[That's not the sound of someone all right. Xion, why are you not showing your face. That's just making him more concerned- but it's only for the fact that he's able to speak to her and hear her at all that he's not completely panicking.]
I-I'm fine. I was out for a few days but that was due to exhaustion. The dragonlings are fine too- ah- [He glances to the side and then kneels down with the watch as the kids gather about him.]
[Does it matter? Well, maybe kinda. But really, she's fine. Just... being her usual self. Guilt, guilt, guilt. Although that underlying tone did leave her temporary at least when the dragonlings came into view. Relief more than evident being showcased instead. Tucking her watch closer to try and get a better look at them.]
Good. That's. That's good. I'm... [Sorry I made all of you worry.] ...What about the rest of the city? Is everything...?
[No sign or response from Roxas, just a small bag of sea shells left by Xion's bedside on the nightstand. Should she bother to take them out and count, there'd be one for each day she'd been asleep.
As far as the blond Nobody was concerned though, no other real trace of him in the room or that he'd even been there. Not even a clue that they were from him, but odds are, Xion would figure it out.
[Because apparently the Interloper loves to give the totally-not-mothers a collection of them to fuss over and watch them flail fail?
And- good, yes. Because she wasn't intending to worry anyone. Everyone's more important than her anyway, of course.
The voice was new. No one she could recall being familiar with. And that set her a little on the guarded side for just a moment if only out of old habit- something that was repealed soon after and she was left with just that churning feeling in her gut.]
Yeah... That's what I heard from Riku. [Might... Might need to play a little game of twenty questions with this one. She'll talk though, really.]
[Probably better off not thinking too hard there. Not like the Interloper likes giving things away.
Xion couldn't help but wince at first upon the first comment, a bit of quiet irritation stirring below the surface, but it was a feeling covered more so by alarm. What had happened to get this lady so wound up in the first place?
But before she even got a chance to press for that answer, another question was being thrown at her. Xion took a moment just to size it up. Come to grips, really. Because her head was still feeling foggy here and there. But the gist?]
The Heartless came here. From our world. [And did one hell of a number to the city.]
[It's difficult having two unconscious people in the apartment and having to look out for them, but at least with the threat of the Heartless gone Axel's less on edge and he can properly give his friends the attention they need. He's been awake since early morning and the exhaustion from both fighting non-stop last week and being awake for so many hours is apparent on is face. Still. Axel's nothing if not persistent, and there's little he won't do for who he cares about, even if it means sacrificing a bit of his own health.
It's later on in the evening when he goes in the check on Xion in her room. Axel steps inside and heads over to her bedside to look down and make sure that she's at least breathing all right, and he's about to turn and walk out to get her some water for when she wakes up--she has to--before the sound of stirring causes Axel to pause and focus his attention back on her.]
[action] Why am I getting 'Axel', 'Riku' vibes from this. F-Ffff.seasaltbluesMarch 13 2011, 18:59:03 UTC
[It took her a moment to even register the voice. She was still in the process of awakening, leaving her senses blurred for a few beats more. But when the puzzles pieces finally seemed to click together, there was a sudden draw of short breath. Followed by a steady release. Her eyes finally opening and instantly wincing as light invaded them; even if it was pale in comparison to that of the daytime. It was still something they needed to adjust to. Her voice, on the other hand, wasn't as challenged.]
[action] But she's not a baby. Fffff. /even though she's not even two, man.seasaltbluesMarch 14 2011, 04:48:23 UTC
[Xion didn't say anything for a while at first. Just processing everything slowly... Her eyes adjusting to the light as her mind adjusted to the situation. Home... She was home and there was. Axel was there just a few feet off from her and-
And then it hit her and she was yanking herself up to an upright position. Well, she attempted to anyway. Her body was feeling still a bit sluggish, stagnant for so long. So, instead of shooting up, she found herself clumsily climbing about halfway there, hoisted on an arm.]
