Lavi had told her she could take one book along with her to read. And while she didn't mind staying in the library, she had something in mind to share. [Axel figures that he hasn't been to the clock tower as often as he should have been, so, after letting Roxas know where he was headed to, he took off for a little personal thinking time.

He didn't expect to find Xion there...with a book, too. Curious, he waits at the corner of the ledge, not making his presence known just yet, but eventually he walks up to her.]

What's that, kid? [He asks while bending over to peek over her shoulder.]

[She glances up when Axel voices his presence. Or rather, questions the item laying in her hands. She beams at him and right about shoves it in his face in her excitement.]

Fairytales! Lavi let me take it out to read some more. There's all kinds of stories in here.

[The last bit she says sheepily.]

If I had know you could have borrowed books from libraries sooner, I think I would have read half of one by now.

[Axel inches his head back so that he doesn't get smacked in the face with the book, and then chuckles. Cute.]

Fairy tales, huh. [Walks over and promptly takes his usual spot beside her.] Let's see 'em.

[See that, Axel? That's probably the biggest grin you've gotten from her. Oh, she's excited~ She opens the book and trails a finger down the the table of contents, reading the titles aloud.]

Beauty and the Beast... Goldilocks and the Three Bears... The Golden Goose... Jack and the Beanstalk....

[Her eyes leave the page every so often, curious to see if he recognizes any of them.]
