It is my pleasure Sir to bring this city the finest Halloween celebration outside of Halloween Town itself, however it has been everyone working very hard these past few weeks to bring us something great. I can't take all the credit.

Costumes are not required they simply add their own flair to the event, but they might help protect you for a little from some of the tricks.
