It was odd, the feeling of life pervading the air of the normally still library. Vash couldn't decide if he liked it better that way or not... but eventually settled on a general attitude of approval. With a glance at the signs and a slight grin he walked into the room, peering around for...

"Sieg." The country's smile warmed a bit upon seeing the boy as he waved slightly in greeting. "I'm impressed. You set this all up yourself?"

Oh good, someone was here! Sieg immediately sat up straight as he heard his name- no, he wasn't about doze off there, honest!

He grinned, hopping to his feet. "Hey! Vash- glad you could make it!" Scratching the back of his head as he glanced around, the boy gave a shrug. "Yeah, I figured that since I didn't know how long the meeting would last, I could at least prepare a little."

"Prepared a little? I saw at least five signs on my way in alone, Sieg-sempai." Conan was not far behind Vash, apparently, following the nation into the room without any further ado -- all about business, apparently.

He clambered up onto one of the seats, setting his notebooks down. "Who has expressed interest in coming?"

Theta limped along, her false leg thunking softly when she set it down. She had a satchel slung over her shoulder, and several notebooks tucked into it. She'd brought her cane as well, but it was out of habit and nervousness rather than need.

"I didn't see anyone behind me, but that doesn't mean much; I think I may be coming from an odd direction," she spoke up, hearing the question about who was coming.

Carmen entered, following the signs and looking around. With a wave to those already present, she reached into her dress pocket and removed a memo pad and pencil. "Hello everyone."
