Though still sad, The Nation wandered idly, still dressed rather girly in a pink dress that fluttered around her legs with hair done in waves and ribbons around her shoulders and down her back. Her face, usually natural, bore makeup and softly painted lips and eyes that intensified clover green hues.
Unsure of who might be around, she idly sat on one of the swings and gazed around.

"Hey," he said, nodding at her solemnly. "Are you here for Roxas's party? This is the place, right? It doesn't look like people've heard the news yet. Either that or they believe in the whole 'fashionably late' thing. Which I think is a funny thing to believe in, especially when all it does is confuse the first few people that come when they arrive on time. Puts the host in a tough spot too, if they're already worried about whether or not the party will be a flop.
"Anyway, this is where the party is supposed to be, right?" He looked at her expectantly.

Celty still wasn't quite sure, even as she pulled her motorcycle up near the edge of the park upon seeing the unusual set up. Her helmet tilted to the side, she wondered who had instigated this all. She was well aware of the fact that people were not acting themselves the past few days, but from what she could tell, there could be nothing wrong with having a gathering out in the park.
Despite thinking such things, the Black Rider remained where she was. She was never very good at public events, even if she had attended a few of those that had been sponsored by the city. Even then, she always kept to the side, content to watch. Hopefully there wouldn't be any trouble here.

So while exchanging bits of chatter with the other guests here and there, he happened to spy a particular head of black hair he'd been waiting for. So he makes his way over, waving to flag her down, "Hey Xion!"
