Xion touched the doors delicately a moment. She couldn't help but appreciate the building for being there. But that hesitation didn't last long. She felt her hair standing up at the back of her neck and glanced back quickly. No one. No one was there. Just like before. Maybe this city was just really getting to her.

Finally, she pushed open the over-sized threshold. Her footsteps really did echo this time as she walked inside. She probably would have marveled at its interior if she didn't notice someone at the staircase. She stopped and reached up to touch the hood that was currently over her head as if reassuring herself. Her other hand slowly curled her fingers. He looked almost like a heartless from first glance, but he was far too human and didn't bear the signet. It kind of also helped to already know that there were people not from her world there, too.

"...Who are you?"

Xion took a step back as he raised his hand but relaxed when he offered a smile. He did look awfully frightening with all the weird tattoos and his eyes themselves... Well, they were pretty intense, but they also seemed kind. Her fingers uncurled themselves for the moment and she left her hood alone.

"..It's Xion."

She didn't move any closer. Looking him over. Trying to decide whether she should stay. Or maybe it would be better to leave? She wasn't sure.

Roxas' bright blue eyes stared up at the clock tower, not unable to realize that this was not his clock tower. Hell, the clock tower here didn't even remotely look like the one in Twilight Town, but it was a clock tower nonetheless and he was thankful that it was here. It felt familiar and as if there was a bit of warmth radiating from the place. The place certainly wasn't familiar though and if anything the clock tower felt just a tad bit colder than the rest of the city. To Roxas though, it made him think of Axel and Xion and that made his nonexistent heart feel warm.

The boy pushed one of the doors open and peeked inside, his eyes itching a bit from the dust in the air. "Xion?"

Xion had seen him from atop the clocktower while she'd been sitting with Naoki. After all, from a height like that and with how dead the streets were, it was hard to miss much of anything. She was standing at the top of the steps far, far above him. In fact, she had just come back through the door. She gripped the railing at the top and peered down.

"Roxas!"

It was him! It really was!

She took to the steps quickly but carefully. At first anyway. A couple 'almost-fell-through-the-steps-and-got-hurt's later and she slowly her pace. And her feelings, whether synthetic or not, jarred her a little the closer she seemed to get. Nervousness. Unease. Excitement. Worry. Happiness. It was a lot to take in as she descended the steps. And she would meet them full tilt when she got down there.

Roxas smiled as Xion descended the stairs. The last time they met they hadn't been on the best of terms, but all of that didn't matter now. They were someplace new, they could start over, but one thing would remain the same; they would always be friends.

He smiled at her and lifted his hand up to rub the back of his head, scratching at it while he grinned. "Hey." He said with just a tad bit of awkward tone in his voice.

His brow raised as he saw a boy appear behind her, he hadn't seen him before. "Who's that? Your friend?"
